Fixed the single-slot Scan completion case that could reference missing state at the end of processing.
The Return buttons are restored. Skip in Scan and Return skips the animation instead of cancelling the operation.
Number Change Stone respects fixed options so a locked value is not rerolled.
Crash reports preserve the fault address and module-relative address to make remaining issues easier to diagnose. Better diagnostics alone do not mean every crash cause is fixed.
